Photo CD's will be available.  It may take some time because we have A LOT of photos.  Please send your mailing address to Sandy at sandy.dickenson@gmail.com and she will make sure you get one.
 
If you need a quick "photo fix" check the Vermillion Plain Talk website.  The feature story that Parker Knox did so well is there but if you check the "spotted" tab and then the "we spotted" tab you should be able to find the Music Man photos that editor David Lias posted last night.  You are all stars!!!!
 
Our contract with Music Theatre International strictly prohibits recording of their shows for anything other than archival purposes.  The Board of Directors cannot make the DVD available either at cost or free. We have made DVD's available in the past for shows we write ourselves, but we cannot do it for royalty shows.  We are sorry, too, because we would have it professionally done and make it another source of revenue.

We have photo call after the Sunday performance, which usually takes about an hour. That means children will NOT be available for pickup immediately after the show.

Things to know about:

• T-Shirts are printed.  See Randy Gingis  (or Kurt Hackemer if Randy isn't around) to get yours.  Please pay $12 when you pick up your shirt if you did not pre-pay.  If you would still like to order a shirt, give the order to Randy and we will see what we can do. Wear your shirt proudly and often.  You are our best advertisement!
• Publicity is out this week.  If you can put up a poster at your place of business, pick up one from Evelyn Schlenker.  Printing is expensive so make sure you have a spot.
• We still need some help with box office and ushering.  If you have family and friends that would like to see the play for free or for a second time.....email:  sandy.dickenson@gmail.com or at 624-6670 by Wednesday, July 2.
• Encourage everyone to get a ticket for this great show.  Tickets are $12 for adults and $6 for students.  They are on sale at the Nook 'n Cranny, Davis Pharmacy, HyVee and at the door.
• Programs are being formatted this week.  If you have thank-yous, please send them to sandy.dickenson@gmail.com by Thursday, July 3.
• We need a committee to plan the cast party.  See Anthony.

Thanks again everyone for being patient and letting me throw costumes at you...I'll get the men and boys next Sunday. Also thanks to everyone who brought in props- again, much appreciated!  I'm looking for

• a plain white groccer's apron
• bussel basket
• victrola

If you know where I can get any of these- please fee free to tell me!

Also, this coming Saturday - June 21st - 9:00-10:00 am - I'm having a little sewing work day--- all sewing levels are welcomed. I have lots of hems to sew as well as vests to make- so even if you're just a little handy with a needle and thread I'll surely take your help! You can bring your sewing machine if you want and work at the school, or you can take the projects home and bring them back as well...please feel free to email me at jazzy_jme@yahoo.com or call 515 351 7034 if you have any questions- thanks in advance!

• Please don't cut or dye your hair until after the show- Please talk to me if you need/want a trim. But please, no drastic hair style changes until after the show...
• Remember- little girls and High school girls need white footed tights and black or brown dressy shoes- I'm not too picky, but please no glitter or sparkly shoes....if you're having trouble finding some, please come talk to me...
• Please bring your shoes to rehearsal and wear them/keep them here ASAP
• We would also appreciate if anyone out there has any of these props:
  • crochet - needles and yarn
  • needlepoint/embroidery things
  • knitting things
  • pitchfork
  • tom tom drum
  • metronome
  • pitch pipe
  • picnic baskets
  • blankets for picnicers
